The Great Planner Getaway 2027 Ticket - Pay In Instalments

PLEASE PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL TICKETS ONLY - ONE TRANSACTION PER ATTENDEE.

The Great Planner Getaway 2027 is a 2-day planner event taking place on Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st March 2027, hosted by The Planners Department. 

The event will be held at the Hilton City Leeds hotel in Leeds, UK and the cost is £155pp which includes the following:

• Entrance to the event on Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st March 2027
• Participation in 3 workshops (to be announced)
• Shopping time
• 3 rounds of refreshments on both days
• Lunch on both days

Instalments allow you to pay in 3 payments; £55 on booking, £50 on or before 31st August 2026 and £50 on or before 31st October 2026. Payment guidance will be provided on purchase. 

Terms & Conditions

• Attendee names must be provided at the point of purchase in the text box provided. Names cannot be amended following check out except for in the case of spelling mistakes. Any payments made are non-refundable. 
• If you opt to pay in instalments, you agree to pay the balances on or before the dates provided above. Any missed payments will deem the ticket void and payments made up to that point will not be refunded.
• The price of the ticket does not include any travel or accommodation expenses. The Planners Department is not responsible for any costs associated with this and all travel/accommodation must be arranged by the attendee. 
• Attendees must be 16 or over to attend. Attendees aged under 18 must have an adult 18+ present with them.

Resale List

Tickets may only be resold via the official resale list managed by The Planners Department. Private reselling is not permitted. The resale list will only open after all tickets have been sold and your ticket must be paid in full to be eligible for resale.
