Meet the Team

Hi everyone! We're Anna & Beth, the chair people of The Planners Department. We are so glad you are here!

We noticed that traditional weekend-long planner meets in the north of England had become increasingly rare, so we put our heads together to create something special. Wanting to not just host events but build a community too, The Planners Department was born.

Between us, we bring years of combined experience of running planner events and managing a stationery business, all while being active members of the planner community ourselves. We're channeling all of this knowledge and passion into bringing an incredible, fun event to the north of England

Anna Williams

Anna is the founder of Plannerface, one of the UK's leading planner shops. Having been part of the planner community for over 8 years, she's grown her business from a university side project into a thriving planning and journalling brand. The real masterminds behind the operation are her dog Aristotle and two bunnies, Tallulah & Enzo.

Beth Pidduck

Beth has been an active member of the planning community for over 6 years, sharing her planning journey through her YouTube channel and previously co-organising PlanPlanPlan events. When she's not decorating her planner spreads or filming videos, she's enjoying family time with her little girl, Theadora.

Luna

Luna has the best intentions when it comes to staying organised, but there's just one tiny problem - their sticker collection is far too beautiful to actually use! Their desk is home to carefully curated sticker albums and perfectly organised washi tape drawers that are almost too pretty to disturb. Luna's currently on a mission to back-plan through 2023 in their Tilly Journals coiled planner (ambitious, we know!) and they swear by their Plannerface planning notes pad to keep track of everything... well, most things anyway!

Nova

Nova is our organised star who absolutely lives for Sunday planning sessions! While they're brilliant at mapping out their week ahead, Nova's true passion is journalling. They're always experimenting with new layouts and trying different techniques - whether that's stamping, painting, or creating gorgeous colour coordinated spreads. You'll usually find them with their trusty Archer & Olive journal, completely lost in bringing their memories to life on the page.
