What is the The Great Planner Getaway?
TGPG is a two-day planner & journalling event consisting of creative workshops, shopping time with small businesses and community.
When is it?
The event is taking place on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st March 2027.
When do tickets go on sale?
UPDATE: tickets are now sold out! Thank you so much. To join the waitlist, please send us an email and we will be in touch if any become available on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets will be available to purchase at 7pm BST on 12th June 2026. Patreon member access will be 1 hour before.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are £155pp and include 3 workshops, shopping time and lunch/refreshments on both days.
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes! We are happy to say payment plans are back! There will be an option to pay in 3 instalments - £55 on booking, £50 on/before 31st August 2026 and £50 on/before 31st October 2026.
I would like to have a stall, how do I apply?

Where will the event be?
The event is being held at the Hilton City Leeds hotel, in Leeds UK.
Do you have a special room rate with the venue?
Yes, we are pleased to have secured a special rate with the venue again this year. The link will be shared with attendees once they have booked their ticket.
There are also multiple other hotels very nearby whom you can book with directly or via a 3rd party booking facility.
Which stalls will be there?
All stalls will be announced on our dedicated event page when selected.
What will the workshops be?
Workshops will be announced on socials and on the dedicated event page.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, for this event we request all attendees are age 16+ and any under 18s are accompanied by an adult.
